Yes, every Lithuanian city’s tourism website is filled with manors, castles and other historical premises. This manor in Plungė is no differrent.
Yet, I couldn’t stop from sharing it with you, even though this feed belongs to alternative locations around Lithuania.
Plungė Manor was once a residence for Oginskiai family. Later, it turned into music school, then high-school, later - agricultural school.
Finally, it became a museum. After reconstruction in 2015 the Manor holds 10 premises from 19th century, surrounded by one of the largest parks in Lithuania, where very pagan Thunder oak grows.
